Refund Policy

1. Deposits

  • A deposit may be required to secure project scheduling and purchase materials.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun.

2. Cancellations by Customer

  • If you cancel before work begins and before materials are purchased, you may receive a full or partial refund of your deposit.

  • If you cancel after materials are purchased or work has started, your refund will be reduced to cover costs already incurred.

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing (by email or letter).

3. Rescheduling

  • Customers may request to reschedule project start dates. We will make every effort to accommodate changes, subject to crew availability.

  • Rescheduling may result in delays to the overall project timeline.

4. Cancellations by Company

  • In rare cases (such as unsafe conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or customer non-payment), we may cancel a project.

  • In such cases, customers will receive a refund for any unused portion of their deposit or prepayments, minus costs already incurred.

5. Refunds for Services

  • Once services are rendered and completed, payments are non-refundable.

  • If you are unsatisfied with the work, please contact us within 7 days of project completion so we can address concerns or make corrections.

6. Special Circumstances

  • For projects involving custom-ordered materials, all deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered, even if the project is later canceled.
