Warranty & Guarantee Policy

1. Workmanship Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. All labor performed by Renovate America is covered by a 12-month workmanship guarantee. During this period, if any issues arise due to our workmanship, we will repair or correct the problem at no additional cost.
2. Materials

Materials provided by Renovate America are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only.

We are not responsible for defects in materials not supplied by us.

If you choose to provide your own materials, we cannot warranty those items.
3. Coverage
Our warranty covers:

Drywall repairs (patches, crack repairs, seams, finishes).

Painting (peeling, cracking, or adhesion issues caused by workmanship).

Flooring installation (loose planks, gaps, improper alignment due to installation).

General construction work as specified in your contract.
4. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect.

Water damage, fire, or natural disasters after work completion.

Structural issues not related to our work.

Changes requested by the customer after completion.
5. Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim:

Provide details and photos of the issue.

We will schedule an inspection and determine if the repair is covered under warranty.
6. Limitations
Our liability is limited to repairing or correcting covered defects. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Updates
We may update this policy as needed. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised “Effective Date.”
